About Us

Welcome to Jay's Baker's Dozen! We are a small family-owned, cookie company based out of our home in Gibbstown, NJ. We specialize in delicious cookies made from our family's recipes and the finest ingredients.

We've been making these cookies since we were allowed in the kitchen, but in 2021, when New Jersey legalized cottage-food businesses, we knew we had to share them with the world (or at least our neighborhood)! You can find us at crafts fairs and events around the South Jersey area or at one of our special holiday pick-up dates in Gibbstown.

The One Who Started It All

Meet Jay - wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The one who taught us everything we know and the reason we do what we do.

The Boss

Meet Sandy, daughter of Jay, sister to Rose and Marian, and godmother to Vanessa. She is the goddess of clean and keeps us all in line!

The Brains

Meet Rose, daughter of Jay, sister to Sandy and Marian, and aunt to Vanessa. She is the keeper of spreadsheets and deadlines. Need to know if we can do something? Ask Rose.

The Backbone

Meet Marian, daughter of Jay, sister to Sandy and Rose, and aunt to Vanessa. She is a cookie making machine! Without her we could never do the amount of events we do.

The Face

Meet Vanessa, granddaughter of Jay and niece to Sandy, Marian and Rose. Seen us at an event? Sent us a text? Commented on a social media post? You've talked to Vanessa.

The Support

The Guardian

Meet Jessica, granddaughter to Josephine, sister to Vanessa (yeah, there's a lot of those!) She is a pro at wrangling Jay's great-grandkids at events so the elf team can bring you cookies.
